An escape room is an interactive puzzle room that includes a variety of challenges players must solve in order to get out of the room. Each puzzle requires players to work together to find a solution and ultimately discover the secrets of the story.es here

No, players are not locked in any of our escape rooms. Safety is our biggest priority, so nobody is locked inside and can leave at any time.

Players are able to leave their rooms at any time. If you feel like you need to leave your room for whatever reason, just let your game master know and they will direct you towards the available exits.

We do not mind anyone taking pictures or video in the room. But please avoid taking any flash-photography of our actors, as they are skittish and will run and hide.

We do not have any hard age limits on our rooms, but we do recommend an average age of at least 16 years old since they are built for 4 adults to be able to solve. (Example: If you plan on booking a room for a group of 8 year-olds, there should be a parent in the room to balance out the challenge.)

We design all of our rooms with 4-8 players in mind. We encourage larger groups, but all of our rooms can be completed with as few as 2 players.

We give players up to 60 minutes to solve all of the puzzles and make it out of each of our rooms. We do allow time for the teams to finish the rooms even if you go over on time.

We always recommend that you wear something comfortable that you can easily move around in. A 3-piece suit, for example, would not provide nearly enough movement to complete any of our rooms.

We have rooms that range in difficulty from kid- or teenager-friendly all the way to complex options that are challenging at all skill levels.

We offer multiple scary escape room options that include moments of little-to-no visibility, like Wrecked or Missing. Alongside these rooms, we also have multiple non-scary choices that offer plenty of adventure, like The Deadwood Saloon.

Multiple rooms of ours include live actors, including Ghastly Escapes Chapter 1: The Bagman and The Coral Kingdom Aquarium.

No, you will never be paired with strangers while completing any of our escape rooms. The only people that may be in the escape room with you are live actors or your game master.

You are allowed to ask for hints at any point during your escape room experience.

We do not fail any players based on a time clock. The challenge still exists! But having an artificial pressure applied in the form of a timer takes the fun out of it for the majority of players. We can still clock your group to see if you have what it takes to beat the best time, but we do not limit our players based on a stopwatch.
