FAQs
You don’t have timers?
NO! When escape rooms first started, the game was all about the pressure. Things have evolved since then. Escape rooms are now about the experience. The challenge still exists! But having an artificial pressure applied in the form of a timer takes the fun out of it for the majority of players. You can still keep your own timer if you want.
Can we play with only 2 players?
YES! All of our games can be completed with only two players total. We design for 4 - 6 players but allow 2 - 8 in each room because every group dynamic is different! We do require at least three tickets to be purchased to play even if you only have 2 people. This is just our minimum cost to keep the lights on.
Are all bookings private?
Yes! Once you and your group book a room, no other people will be allowed to book the experience with you. If you happen to be multiple groups of 2 or 4 that want to do the same experience, please have only one group book the experience for you.
How long does it take?
You will have one hour to solve each of our rooms. We do allow time for the teams to finish the rooms even if you go over on time. A member of our staff will assist you and answer any questions you have so that you can leave feeling great.
How many people do I need to play?
We suggest having 4-8 players for your group as the rooms are designed for this capacity. We do accept bookings for 3 players and we do have rooms that will play up to 10 players.
Do you accept walk in business?
Yes we do! It is a good idea to go ahead and schedule your experience with us to be sure you get the time slot and room you really want.
Should we arrive early?
Yes, about 15 minutes early will do. We will need this time to process payments for your group and brief you on your experience before your designated start time.
