Yes! Once you and your group book a room, no other people will be allowed to book the experience with you. If you happen to be multiple groups of 2 or 4 that want to do the same experience, please have only one group book the experience for you.

You will have one hour to solve each of our rooms. We do allow time for the teams to finish the rooms even if you go over on time. A member of our staff will assist you and answer any questions you have so that you can leave feeling great.

We suggest having 4-8 players for your group as the rooms are designed for this capacity. We do accept bookings for 3 players and we do have rooms that will play up to 10 players.

Yes we do! It is a good idea to go ahead and schedule your experience with us to be sure you get the time slot and room you really want.

Click on the “Our Adventures” link at the top of the page. From the drop-down menus: select the number of adults, children, and which experience you prefer. Then select the date and time slot you would like. You will pay upon arrival, before we brief you on your game.

Yes, about 15 minutes early will do. We will need this time to process payments for your group and brief you on your experience before your designated start time.

No. Our rooms are designed so that any player can leave if necessary at any point in the game with no help from the game-master. We understand that phone calls and bathroom breaks cant wait sometimes.

We suggest ages 12 and up due to the depth of puzzles and concepts in the rooms. You may use your discretion if you feel your child is up for the challenge. We do require at least one adult (over 18 years old) to accompany younger players in the rooms.
